#SoberOctober Mocktails: Week One
21+ grams of protein, 2 grams of sugar
- QUEST Protein Powder (Banana Cream flavor)
- Sliced banana and chia seeds to garnish
Combine water, protein powder, and ice in a shaker bottle, then shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with banana slices, chia seeds, and a fun straw!
