"Banana Flex"

21+ grams of protein, 2 grams of sugar

  • QUEST Protein Powder (Banana Cream flavor)
  • Water
  • Ice
  • Sliced banana and chia seeds to garnish

Combine water, protein powder, and ice in a shaker bottle, then shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with banana slices, chia seeds, and a fun straw!
