There is so much to celebrate this month, including Veteran's Day, World Kindness Day, and Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for the love of my friends and family, and also for my health. I am so lucky to be able to wake up healthy every day. For the next few weeks, my personal goal is to practice once per day, every day, on top of my vigorous barre schedule.
The best part about yoga is that you can practice virtually ANYWHERE. Don't be afraid to utilize props in your practice -- even if it's with a pipe on the streets of NYC like I'm doing here! We can all benefit from some sort of assistance in our stretching. One day I'll get my standing leg straight! I'm off to work at YogaWorks SoHo (yes, I carry a backpack EVERYWHERE and my friends make fun of me for it, but it fits everything!) Namaste.
